Refund Policy

At Your Wedding Depot by ARS Designs, we are committed to providing high-quality personalized wedding products. Because many of our items are custom-made, please review our refund policy before placing your order.

Personalized & Custom Products

All personalized and custom-made products are created specifically for your order. For this reason, custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or contain an error made by our team.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once production has started, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review your request.

Once approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items approved by the customer before printing
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Orders reported after the return eligibility period

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
